The Sony® DAV-HDX576WF 5.1 channel BRAVIA® Theatre System is the perfect way to shine the spotlight in your own living room. It has an integrated 5-disc DVD/CD changer that will upscale your DVDs to 1080p through the HDMI™ connection. Additionally, this amazing system uses S-AIR® technology to eliminate speaker wires running from your system to the rear surround speakers. For easy multi-room audio, it includes an AirStation speaker that lets you listen to music in another room of the house as well.

BRAVIA® Sync
As a leader in products with HDMI connectivity, Sony has created BRAVIA® Theatre Sync to go beyond simple audio and video transmission. When combined with a BRAVIA® Theatre Sync-ready BRAVIA® Televisions and other Sony audio and video products, in addition to audio and video transmission, control functions will be transmitted via the HDMI cable. With “One Touch Play,” operations that took several steps have been reduced to one. Press the PLAY button on the remote, watch the audio and/or the video component(s) turn on then the BRAVIA® television turn on and switch to the correct video input–Simple–Easy–BRAVIA® Theatre Sync.

The DMP will be compatible with various accessories which will include a PC Client device, Bluetooth receiver and Audio Docking Stations compatible with Network Walkman and iPod® products. So regardless of how you store your music, Sony’s DIGITAL MEDIA PORT grants access, provides control and integrates your portable music into a traditional home theater system.
